Yes, the holidays ARE coming soon. 

And we're in the oft-dreaded Q4.

The end of the year can be a time for relaxing and slowing down, or it can be full or stress and family functions. 

If you're worried about feeling exhausted, worn down, worried, or burning out, this workshop is for you.

Over 90 minutes, you will:

  • know your own unique warning signs of impending burn out
  • have a simple yet robust burn out prevention plan custom to you
  • start looking out for future you
  • start using a special way of using your calendar so that you always have more than enough energy for the things that are important to you
  • feel confident and comfortable asking for and receiving support

This is a workshop and not a webinar because we want you to walk away with something tangible that you can use IMMEDIATELY. Sitting and listening, learning about some stuff is not the goal here. You can find information all over the internet. Application is something else entirely, but that's where the true value lies. 

That said, this is a safe space! You will not be expected to be on camera or share.

But there will be activities and things you'll create, for yourself, during the workshop.

This can be the year that you don't just survive the last few months but actually feel great and fully enjoy them!
